Camera Hub G3 does not turned on!

Hi All, I need your assistance, please. For some reason my Camera Hub G3 doesn’t work, I’ve check the power supply and it seems like it’s ok but no lights on the camera!

Have you tried another power supply? G3 needs up to 1A of current. And in case of USB power supplies - the internal power regulator can break and the supply will limit the current to 500mA. Your phone will charge when you plug it in (but slowly) but other devices will not work.

The USB power supply actually has a microchip that “negotiates” charging voltage and maximum power. If it breaks, it defaults to the standard USB power (5V 500mA) to protect plugged devices

Hello, welcome to the forum. I recommend checking the kit, power cord + power supply. Take any kit that you have in use.

Additional question, is the power cord original. This can also be one of the problems.

I’ve just tried another power supply and it turns on. But it’s not working, just a white light

Try holding the button (the one with the white ring) for 10 seconds and try to add it in the app again
