A month ago, the camera stopped being able to rotate left and right all the way. This wasn’t really an issue for us. However, since last week, our Camera Hub G3 has stopped working. The Aqara app can’t seem to reach it. Our router also doesn’t show it’s connected to our WiFi.
When I unplug and re-plug the camera, the indicator light turns yellow. After a few seconds, the indicator turns green, after which it starts to rotate around. After a brief second, it freezes completely.
I’ve tried pressing the indicator for more than 10 seconds, but nothing happens. It keeps being green.
I’ve tried removing the SD card to see if it would have an effect, but it doesn’t. We also have other Camera Hub G3s in the house that are all working fine.
Any help here would be more than welcome.
