I just bought an aqara u200. I’m trying to add it to the aqara app by adding it to a matter controller (i have two g5 pro wifi) however i’m not able to add it as i get prompted to add it to apple home which it fails to do (i don’t have at this time an apple hub as i interact with my smart home through the aqara app only). I already have a couple of third party matter devices added directly through a g5 without much problems.
Do i need a apple home pod or should the g5 suffice?
