Can’t add M3 hub back in Service seems to be down

Woke up to my M3 hub saying off-line. I followed instructions and reset it. Now I can’t add it back in and I see the servers are down.

Would be nice if we were notified I wouldn’t have reset my M3 hub now I have to add everything back in once I’m able to add hub back in. Very frustrated :frowning:

Yes, today the cloud was unstable and many apps went offline. I also think it would be ok if we would be notified (maybe by email? Because the cloud was down, so there was no way to send a push notification). Maybe there were no procedures how to inform the users because I don’t remember major outages from the past.
