Can't change settings on FP300 and P100 (Connect Device popup)

Hi all, I noticed my new FP300 Presence Sensors are not detecting me all the time. Under “On-Site Configuration” if I select “Detection Range” or “AI Spatial Learning” it just gives me the “Connect Device” pop up with no options. If I press the physical button on the sensor I just hear a message from the hub it is connected to (W200 Thermostat) say “Connection Stable” and it never actually lets me enter those two menus.

Same thing with my new Aqara Multi-State Sensor P100 when I try to do device calibration… what am I doing wrong?

I’m close to all of the devices, they all have a solid connection. My phone is on the same LAN as they are (Unifi network). All configured on Zigbee.

FWIW, I just had the same problem on my iPad. I switched to my iPhone and it worked first time. Same WiFi, etc.

So I just tried my iPad again - problem still occurs.

Force quit the Aqara app, tried again - works fine now!

No, force quitting the Aqara iOS app doesn’t fix it.

I’m about to just return all of this stuff to Amazon now.

Aqara support has been useless. If I don’t get this fixed in the next week - I’m going to just leave 1 star reviews all over Amazon and return everything I purchased recently. This is insane that I can’t get these simple features to work. In my bedroom the sensor isn’t even noticing me laying in bed. I thought that was the whole point of these sensors to be crazy accurate compared to motion sensors?
