Am I the only one who can’t find a single ethernet cable to connect with the ethernet port? I tried asking support and got no answer. I’m now having to use wifi which is hogging my system. Please let me know if anyone has a fix. Thanks.
Hi, when did the problem start? Are you installing the new M3?
I have no problems.
If your M3 is connected via WiFi, then when connecting via wire, it will automatically select a wired connection.
Also, in the router for M3, I assign it a fixed IP address.

you need a standard patchcord cable rj-45
Are you using a switch? Can you try to connect M3 directly to router?
I have the same problem, tried 2 patch cables. And still nothing. Connecting directly to the router.
Ok problem solved, after reset - 10 sec button. A new connection went via LAN.
