Can't Pair FP300

I bought 4 of these UK FP300 2 of them pair and 2 did not what am I doing wrong ? I have tried reset several times .Video Attached

It seems you did not successfully enter the pairing mode(will flash slowly) . Please make sure you have press for 5s then release. If problem remains, please try do click 10 times to do a factory reset and see if it helps

Thanks to Dawson at UK Aqara all sorted now found that you have to be exact with the pairing sequence because the App seems to be the thing that puts the FP300 in pairing mode not the actual unit.
