Cant set motion detection error 1003

Hello
I have a strange thing with my three Aqara camera G2H not PRO version
I have updated the fw in cams and the app in my iPhone but i cant set motion detection or sound detection
I have also an error 1003
I have done a fabric reset and reinstalled the Aqara app in my phone

This is the error message in swedish
