I am trying to update my matter over thread fp300’s they are connected to apple home, homey and aqara. Only the aqara app doe not show them as connected - they work fine in Apple Home and Homey. When I try date the fp300s, I get the error below

Hi , to which Aqara hub is it connected to ?
Did you tried to bring it closer to the hub for updating it?

I had to try 3 times to get it updated. More than 30 minutes each(i have 2) downloading and installing.
I finally got them updated via Home Assistant.

M3, I even unpaired it and now it wont repair with the hub
If you have it integrated via matter on homey…try sharing it to aqara(via matter) and usually it’ll appear correctly in the Aqara app.
I have tried that as well and I am still having issues. When I get home tonight I am going to try and situate my phone and the device right next to the M3 hub and see if that helps.
