I recently upgraded my home with several Govee devices, including their RGBIC-enabled corner lights and smart plugs. These devices have transformed my home into a festive wonderland, and I’d love to share my setup with the community!
**My Easter Setup:**1. Lighting Automation: I’ve programmed my Govee lights to shift from warm whites to vibrant pastels at sunset, creating a magical ambiance for Easter gatherings. The RGBIC technology ensures smooth transitions and vibrant colors, perfect for holiday decorations.

Smart Plugs for Decor: My Easter decorations, including a large LED Easter egg, are powered by Govee smart plugs. These plugs allow me to schedule when the decorations turn on and off, ensuring they’re only active during the day or for specific events.

Z-Wave Integration: I’ve integrated my Govee devices with my Z-Wave network, enabling seamless control through my hub. This setup allows me to group devices and control them with a single command, making it easier to manage my smart home during busy times.
Tips for Others:- If you’re using Z-Wave devices, consider adding a repeater to extend the range, especially if you’re placing devices in hard-to-reach areas like attics or garages.
- Experiment with different light scenes to match the mood of your gatherings. For Easter, I’ve created a scene with soft pastels and subtle animations that add a touch of magic without being overwhelming.
