Is there going to be a way you can switch the time from 24:00 to a 12:00 clock?
@andrewjulian84 It seems you’re interested in switching the time format from a 24-hour to a 12-hour clock in the Aqara Home app. Unfortunately, the current reference information doesn’t provide specific details on changing the time format directly.
I recommend keeping an eye on app updates or participating in the community discussions, as user feedback often drives new features. If you have further questions or need assistance, the community or the Aqara support team might offer additional insights. Your input is valuable, and it might inspire future app enhancements!
@andrewjulian84 Thanks for your question! Currently, we don’t have information on switching the time format from 24-hour to 12-hour in the Aqara system. We encourage you to connect with other community members—maybe someone has found a workaround or has similar needs. If you’d like to suggest this feature, feel free to submit feedback through the Aqara Home App (Profile>Help&Feedback>Customer Service) or scan the QR code:
when is this feature to switch back from 24-hour to 12-hour i live in USA and we do not use use it for every day use. I ma not in military and surprised aqara has not made a button to switch for preference use.
It is extremely irritating that Aqara refuse give the ability to change from 24hr to 12 hr. Time. Most Americans don’t use 24 hr and to be forced to is flat out out outrageous.
Hello, I understand your irritation, but believe me, using the time scale from 00.00 to 24.00 in automations and smart schedules looks clear and consistent. This problem arose during testing smart schedules when choosing the transition from night to day time. A new transition (day period, night period) appears in addition to the transition of the day (day). I am writing the explanation on my own behalf, this is my vision of the problem of using the 12-hour scale.
Sounds like a lot of BS to me every other camera company every other electronic company every other company including Apple has 12 hour . And not 24 hour Europe uses 24 hours not United States so stop feeding people a lot of BS sounds like laziness on the side of them. All they gotta do is just put a switch to changes it from 12 or 24. Let people choose what they want to work with don’t force it down our throats.
