I have the Motion Sensor P1 at my window at would like to have an automation set up to close my curtains closed, if the LUX level is above say 8000, but open again when it is below (I have the Roller Shade Driver E1). I have tried to find such a trigger in the Automation but cannot figure how to do it (the LUX selector only goes to 1000). Does anyone know if it is possible?
Not possible with P1 sensor, either grey a P2 sensor or a T1 lux sensor
With the P2 via Matter, I cannot select values above 1000 lux. And the description in some shops states that the sensor only measures up to 1500 lux.
With my FP2 presence sensor, I can select higher values.
The T1 should have a maximum of 83,000 lux. So it should also work.

The Aqara T1 light sensor defiantly has a greater range and it’s updating is really quick, I use them in most of my light level automations.
