Camera not working due to condensation
Really shocked at this post on Reddit , has anyone else had the same issue ?

Yes, we have received several feedback cases and we are also observing the situation of this product that has been installed for outdoor testing (as shown in the picture below). There have been no similar issues so far, and we are actively contacting the user to return the machine to confirm the problem.

Sorry, David, I’ve been very busy lately and couldn’t reply to your message in time. Is the camera still under warranty? If so, you can directly contact Aqara’s official customer service for replacement.

I’ve not had an issue, it was someone on Reddit who had it, I said that I’d reach out on the Forum to see if anyone else had it.
My Pro is working amazingly
