Hello everyone, I’m currently facing an issue with connecting my Arlo Keypad Sensor Hub to my 2.4GHz network. Despite following the setup instructions multiple times and performing a factory reset, the device still fails to connect. I’ve disabled the 5GHz network, restarted my TP-Link Archer AX11000 router, and ensured that the network settings are compatible. The router is transmitting on 802.11 b/g/n/ax (mixed), and there are no access controls in place. Other devices, including cell phones and tablets, are successfully using the 2.4GHz network. I’ve also checked the router’s security settings and ensured that the SSID is visible. The issue seems to occur during the device setup process when it attempts to connect to the Arlo Secure temporary Wi-Fi network. I’m hoping someone in the community might have encountered a similar issue or could provide some troubleshooting steps. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
