I recently expanded my smart home setup by adding two new TECKIN SP23 smart plugs, which are designed to work with Alexa. However, I’m encountering an issue where these new devices aren’t being recognized by my Amazon Echo speaker. While I can control them perfectly using the Smart Life app, the integration with Alexa isn’t working as expected. I’ve followed the setup instructions carefully, ensuring the plugs are powered on and within range of my router and Echo device. Despite multiple attempts, Alexa consistently shows an error message stating it can’t connect to the plugs. I’m curious if others have experienced similar issues and if there are any workarounds or solutions to resolve this. I’m hoping to find a way to fully integrate these plugs into my existing smart home ecosystem without having to rely solely on the Smart Life app. Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated!
