Hello everyone! I hope you’re all doing well. I wanted to share something I recently encountered and see if anyone else has faced the same issue or has any suggestions.
Earlier this month, I participated in a charity event hosted by Govee and was lucky enough to win some coupons. However, I noticed that these coupons are only redeemable on the US store and not available in any European stores. While I’m not planning to make a purchase right now, I can imagine this might be frustrating for others who would love to use them, especially for Christmas gifts. 
I wonder if this is a temporary issue or if there’s a way Govee could make these coupons available across all regions. It would be amazing if users could also transfer unused coupons to friends in different countries, as this would allow more people to benefit from them.
If anyone has encountered similar issues or has any advice, I’d love to hear your thoughts! Thanks in advance for your help and insights.
