I’ve recently created a new Apple/Aqara Home with a brand new AppleTV 4K and the Y100 with a G3 Camera.
I believe I integrated it using Thread to the Apple Home.
Tonight I got a Loud Noise alert and when I checked it, it was a crazy disconcerting noise. Viewing the video feed via the Aqara app I could barely hear it, but with the Apple Home app the noise was huge.
Has anyone seen such an issue or heard any crazy noise like the attached video I had to capture using another phone?
Thoughts? Ideas? SWAG’s?

Haven’t seen or heard of that. I would first try restarting everything. Maybe reboot your router. Then, re-pair the camera from scratch. I have no idea what it could be!

Sounds like a fan—is there one in the room, or a computer or other equipment that might have cycled an internal fan on?
Hi John, nope, it’s a brand new (took possession last week in fact) townhome and barely has anything in it let alone a fan. And the heater vents aren’t near nor noisy.
I have the same issue with 5 different G3 cameras in two different homes.
Because I also have a G100 installed without the issue in one of the homes, my initial conclusion is that it’s related to the G3 hardware.
Is there anything that can reset it to make it stop?
