I’m looking to get smart curtains and I’m on the fence between the E1 and Switchbot Curtain 3. A big advantage of the Aqara is that it uses Zigbee instead of Bluetooth. But the Swithbot has a quiet mode and solar panels. My question is, is the E1 compatible with the dangling solar panels of the Switchbot? Or any other solar panels?

Any solar panel that can connect to a USB-C device should be able to charge the curtain driver. But personally, I would never leave anything running for around 14 months.
