Customer support for Roller Shade Driver E1

I am extremely disappointed with the service for my Aqara Roller Shade Driver E1. The driver worked well for a little while but when the device failed, I reached out for technical support to troubleshoot or find a way to fix it. Instead of offering any professional help or repair advice, support simply issued a blanket denial because the warranty had recently expired.

They just closed the door on a replacement and left me with a non-functional unit. If you’re looking for a company that stands by its products with technical guidance after the warranty period, look elsewhere.
