I have installed the D100 smart lock one week ago. Homekey works after the installation and I exclusively used fingerprint for the next few days. When I tried to unlock with Homekey again, it no longer works (Homekey logo shows up and got a green tick, door keypad also lights up, but nothing afterwards). Door firmware is on the latest, iPhone and Apple Watch are also on the latest firmware, both devices not working.
Tried power cycle, reset HomeKit and rebind, still not working.
Very disappointed as the main reason of buying this door lock is HomeKey…
Anyone can help?
To add more details, I notice there is a small pop sound after the phone shows a green tick and the keypad lights up. But the status lights of the door (white when unlocked, red when fingerprint unlock failed) didn’t light up.
The pop is more like coming from the speaker. I have the unlock sound set as mute. I notice sometimes the pop sound only occur after I unlock the door with fingerprint. So it may not be related to the HomeKey…
