Hello!
I apologize if this question has already been discussed, but I could not find it in the search.
I have a Smart Door Lock D100 Zigbee. Sometimes it gives an Mechanical error. Both at the entrance and at the exit.
When I exit, I press the button, but the lock does not open. Instead of turning white, the button turns red, and a warning sound plays. The lower unlock handle allows you to simply open the lock and exit.
When I enter, I use usually an RFID tag, but the lock does not open. Instead, a red light on the lock panel turns on and a warning sound is played.
A push notification about a mechanical error appears on the phone in the app. After a while, everything works.
Firmware Update 3.0.0_0017.
Tell me please what needs to be done to fix it. Should I lubricate the lock with machine oil? Should I call a professional to check the tightness of the bolts and the alignment of the lock tongue?
Tell me if you need details.
