D100: the lock keeps beeping with an error the door ajar even door is closed

Hi. I have a D100 connected to Aqara Hub M100. The lock keeps beeping with an error the door is ajar even when the door is closed. This sometimes happen during the day, sometimes during the night. No fixed time. Every time I go to check, the door and the latch is closed. Any solution for this?

I also have Aqara A100 which is working fine.
