The point of a connected dimmer switch is to dim light. And ideally one has al l their lights also connected. However the Aqara dimmer H2 EU can only dim non connected lights. Can you update your firmware to allow the dimmer H2 to dim Aqara light T2 GU10 or Aqara led strip T1? That would make so much sense.
Good evening, the Aqara H2 dimmer can do this, you need to switch the dimmer to wireless mode.
Does it mean you just connect Dimmer to Electricity through L and N leaving L1 untouched?
And how to enable Wireless mode, i cannot find this type of instruction in manual?
Yes, you can leave the L1 untouched. But you would probably need to power the lamps. As for the wireless mode, it is called “Decoupled Switch Mode” in the aqara app in the device settings.
How does it work to connect the t2 after you set the h2 dimmer on Decoupled Switch Mode?
Now I cannot use the dimmer ![]()

You can’t connect the lamps to it by an automation?
Yes, thats no problem. But when I push the button the lamp loses power. Like it’s not in detached mode.
I have the same issue. I have the H2 dimmer switch (no neutral) in decouple mode controlling a T2 bulb.
While the bulb stays online for a while, overnight it goes offline. Then when I try to run a wake up automation in the morning it wont turn on.
Hello, welcome to the forum. Try turning on the “On state” in the lamp settings, “memory of state after voltage is applied”. Perhaps after turning off the light with a dimmer (de-energizing the lamp), you turn it on again, and the lamp does not light because it has memorized the “Off” state.
There is a second possible problem: a dimmer without a neutral loses power, and an additional capacitor must be installed.
