I’ve been exploring ways to enhance my energy monitoring setup in Home Assistant. Currently, the Energy Dashboard shows ‘Total consumed’ and ‘Total returned,’ but I’m interested in seeing the ‘Total import’ specifically from the grid, excluding any solar self-consumption.
After some research, I found that this feature isn’t natively available, but there might be a workaround using sensors and custom integrations. I’m curious if others have tackled this and how they approached it. Have you managed to display pure grid import on your dashboard? If so, I’d love to hear about your setup and any challenges you faced!
