Anyone else had ring but wanted HomeKit compatibility? What products did you start with?

Start with the M3 Hub (the foundation) add the dependable Door & Window Sensors (obvious reasons) and best thermostat on the market as of today the W200 Thermostat.
For outdoor camera needs the G5 Pro is rock solid and has great night vision.
For indoor camera needs the G350 covers everything.
Most important they all play nice with all platforms. You can’t go wrong.

I recommend starting with the M200 hub—it’s a good solution for the price—and you can buy cameras and a door lock later on.

Yep. M3 hub, G400 Doorbell, G5Pro Outdoor camera. I just wish Aqara had floodlight cameras.

I don’t use Ring cameras or other Ring stuff, because I don’t trust their privacy.
But I think you could use an Home Assistant Integration to add the Cameras to HA and then use the HomeKit Bridge Integration to get the cams into Apple Home. You can also try to use the Matter Bridge in Home Assistant, but I haven’t tried it out yet.
Well they also lied after announcing hk integration then never doing it! I’m done with them. Sold all my ring stuff. I don’t want to have to run another computer or anything to use ha so I am just going to swap for aqara.
