Hey everyone! I wanted to share an update on my latest DIY smart lighting project. After doing some research, I decided to go with the Govee LED strip lights for my kitchen. They’ve been fantastic so far—easy to install, and the RGB settings add a nice touch to the ambiance. I’ve also been experimenting with setting up a motion sensor from Aqara to automate the lighting. It’s been a bit of a learning curve, especially with the initial setup, but the results are worth it. The integration with Home Assistant has been smooth, and I love how I can control everything from my phone. If anyone has tips on optimizing motion sensor settings, I’d love to hear them!
