As shown in the picture above, do you think Aqara should launch a similar peephole camera in the future? If so, what specifications should it have? For example, what is the appropriate aperture size for the peephole in your country? What is the usual thickness of the door in your country? What is the material of the door in your country? What size of battery and screen should it have? What is the appropriate resolution for the lens? Please provide any of your suggestions.

The peephole is certainly good , if it were a camera and a projector of points for opening the lock using Face ID and a screen like in the Aqara V100 and all this could be fixed on the door ( or mounted inside ) That would be great.
The doors in my region are almost always made of iron , iron and sheathed with decorative panels, the door thickness is from 60-120 mm, I often find doors of 90+ mm.
I think the screen resolution is 2K and the lens is too, the screen size is at least 7 inches (6.9 in S1 plus).
In my photos there is an iron door + decorative MDF panel 16 mm thick, the total thickness of the door is 100 mm.

Here in the Nordic countries we have thick exterior doors for houses and are about 78mm. Those in apartments are from about 63 - 78 mm. They are made of High Density Fibreboard. The peepholes that you can buy are from 38-85mm.

Yes…you should built one! I’m currently using the Ring Peephole cam because it’s the only option for a decent working Peephole cam…
Usual sizes in Germany are about 14-28mm in diameter for the hole…
and door thickness is varies very much but is commonly between 34-75mm
Ring actually offers two varieties. One for 34-55mm and another one for 54-75mm thickness
