Does the FP1E act as a zigbee router?

Titie. Does the FP1E act as a routing device and extend the range within a Zigbee network, given that it is plugged in?

Correction :

My mistake, the FP1E can extend the range, but not the FP1

Yes the FP1E is a wired ZigBee device and will indeed route ZigBee traffic.

My understanding is that anything that is powered and zigbee 3.0 will as a default epeat the signal unless Aqara support can come on here and tell us otherwise I would say the fp1e does

My mistake! I mixed up the two models. The FP1E can extend the Zigbee range, while the FP1 cannot. The FP1 is just a presence sensor, whereas the FP1E can also act as a repeater.
