Door bell not ringing

Check DND Mode: Ensure that the Do Not Disturb (DND) mode isn’t enabled for the G4. You can check this in the G4 settings page under detection settings and doorbell rings.

Connection Issues: If the doorbell is offline, the chime won’t ring. You could try cutting off the power and then restoring it to bring the doorbell back online. Also, make sure that the distance between the doorbell and the chime is optimal for maintaining a good connection.

Reset the Doorbell: If the above steps don’t work, consider resetting the doorbell. You can do this by long pressing the reset button until you hear “reset successfully,” and then reconnect it via the Aqara Home app.

It’s G4 doorbell, right?,can you watch the video streaming normally,friend?
If the G4 is online in the Aqara Home app, but you can view the video stream, you need to check if the DND mode was enabled.
If the G4 is online but you can’t view the video stream, the doorbell should be offline from the chime, You could try cutting off the power and then restoring it to bring the doorbell back online. Also, make sure that the distance between the doorbell and the chime is optimal for maintaining a good connection.
If the above steps don’t work, consider resetting the doorbell. You can do this by long-pressing the reset button on the doorbell for 10 seconds and quickly press the chime for 10 times, until you hear “reset successfully,” and then reconnect it via the Aqara Home app.
