Door lock A100 blocked in reset

I try to reset my A100 to factory. It keeps asking me for a password that is not accepted. Can I do a reset without password. If not, this would be my first equipment not allowing a reset without password!! This is strange to me, I am inside the house, I push on the reset button and it keeps asking me a password but not accepting it! What is the solution here ?

It sounds like the password you’re entering might not be the admin one—double-check if you’re using the correct admin credentials. If you’re certain it’s the admin password but it’s still not accepted, feel free to reach out to customer support for further help.
