My Doorbel G400 doesn’t have local logs and give me this msg (Photo)
My Aqara netwok is M3 based, and the G400
isn’t a M3 child…
Both are in the same Ethernet network.
What I’m missing ?

Hello, the local log in the APP application does not work at all for all devices. The reason is also unknown to me why this is so.

I did get the U400 (not g400) logs to download. It was slow, and they are in Chinese only.
Hello, in the U400 lock, the logs “live” on the lock. You downloaded them using Bluetooth, but it’s so slow.
