Aqara community - I need your

I have an Aqara G4 doorbell and use Apple TV as my HomeKit hub, but everything is soooo slow when it comes to notifications and recording!
Doorbell notifications: When someone rings the doorbell, the Apple Home notification often pops up on my devices when the person is already leaving my porch. The Aqara chime rings instantly, but I can’t hear it when I’m out in the backyard.
Motion detection and recording: This is even worse. The camera frequently reacts and starts recording so late that someone can walk up to my door, pick up something I’ve left under the doormat, and walk away without the camera detecting or recording anything at all. Notifications on my devices are arriving late even if recording has started in time.
*All Apple devices are fairly new and softwares up to date *
Is there anything I can do to improve the response times? Has anyone experienced similar issues and found a solution?
