Lately, suddenly, my Doorbell G4 is giving me notifications that say “Device Temperature is too low, please check.” I thought maybe the batteries were getting weak, which they were, so I put all new batteries in, and unplugged the chime while changing batteries. Now with new batteries, I still have the same issue.
The temperature is definitely not too low here. I live in Florida and the low temps lately are above 70 at night.
Should I go in and turn off the low temperature alarm? I feel like that’s just a bandaid. This has never happened in the 3 years I’ve had this doorbell camera. The firmware says it is up to date. Any suggestions here?
