Hello. For some time now, the doorbell notification in the app has been significantly delayed, arriving several minutes after the doorbell is triggered. This is happening on multiple mobile phones using the Aqara app. Restarting the doorbell didn’t help. Has anyone else experienced this problem and found a solution?

I believe this is an issue across all Aqara products
I bought it up on a different thread and it’s also talked about in Reddit
When did it start for you?
I’ve had the delay since installation on Thursday.
What region are you in and set the app to?
Both The Netherlands for me.
Yeah, I just installed a g410 and I’m getting delays for doorbell press events of between 6 and 12 minutes. If this isn’t fixed I’m returning it. I can have the Aquara app open, and my chime rings instantly so this seems to be server-side delay.
