Hi. Hoping someone has a suggestion. Had doorbell g410 installed today, working great during the daylight, but at night with porch light off it flickers and IR vision is reduced. If I turn porch light on as at the end of this video, the IR vision returns to normal, but starts the flickering again once light turned off. Why is this so, and what can I do?

Hi and welcome! Are you powering the doorbell with batteries or a transformer? If you are using batteries, which exact type/brand are you using? And if it’s hardwired, what are the specifications (Voltage/VA) of your transformer?
Do you live in a rural area with very little ambient light? IR does need a little. I’m more concerned with the strobing. It seems the sensor is struggling. I echo John’s question about power - can you clarify?
