Hi,
I purchased an Aqara Doorbell G410 on Amazon.de at the end of September 2025. I installed it, and it worked fine for a few days. However, since the end of October, the doorbell (outdoor unit) has completely stopped responding — no LED, no sign of power at all.
Here’s what I’ve already tried:
- Disconnected the wiring and removed the battery, then pressed the reset button for 10+ seconds
- Connected it directly to a dedicated 220V → 12V transformer (no success)
- Replaced the battery with a new one
- Verified that the doorbell wiring provides a proper 12V output
Unfortunately, none of these steps helped — the device remains unresponsive.
Could you please advise on the next steps?
