My new video door bell is now 10 days working fine but I can recognize on the night vision a water mark, seen like the lens, on the screen. Any reasons for that? (

It appears that you have utilized the G4 waterproof case with the G410 device. Unfortunately, this case is not compatible with the G410. I kindly suggest that you remove the G4 waterproof case and check to see if the issue persists afterwards.

I‘m experiencing a similar issue with the G410. When infrared light is on the image shows the ring like watermark reflection. I don’t use the waterproof case. What can be the cause?
I did not have that issue form the beginning but it started to show a few weeks ago now.
Any update with this?
