Doorbell with vibration sensor

I have equipped my old doorbell with a mechanical chime with an Aqara vibration sensor. When the chime is activated, the sensor detects the vibration, and thanks to the integration of Aqara into Home Assistant, I immediately receive a notification on my smartphone informing me that someone has rung the bell.
I’m also using the Aqara vibration sensor on my mailbox: it’s mounted on the mailbox flap and triggers as soon as the flap moves when mail is inserted. This way, I get an instant notification whenever new mail arrives.

I had the Vibration Sensor in the Chime of my Nest Doorbell, and had some automations in Home assistant. They were faster than the Nest Doorbell notifications.
