I have a random question: Is there any smart lock on the market that you can lock from the inside to keep little ones from going outside?

Every Smart Lock on the market Locks from the inside. 
If you want to prevent little ones from unlocking the door there are lots of options that have nothing to do with the lock.

I keep seeing this come up, and I think the reason it doesn’t exist is because it’s a security and emergency nightmare.
You essentially need to make a lock that nobody can unlock easily from the inside via the smart lock/handle itself. In which case, all unlocking would need to be performed remotely or electronically via electronic authentication of some sort.
What then happens when the lock loses power? What happens when WIFI goes down? What happens when there is then a fire or an emergency that requires leaving the house quickly? The last thing anyone needs is to be fiddling around with a phone, or trying to find the emergency USB to give the lock power. You want to open the door fast and leave. A smart lock is generally designed to stop people from getting in, not from getting out.
If you need to stop children from getting out, a smart lock might not be the right solution for you. Or else you need to combine the smart lock with some sort of manual dead bolt high enough that they cannot reach.

Another suggestion I just saw on a YouTube video is to setup an automation that announces or sets off an alarm when the front door is opened. It might not stop them leaving, but at least you can act upon it if they do!
Thank you, guys, for all the replies. I ended up setting notifications to all my devices, plus a snapshot of who is outside, and for now, it is working fine.
