Dual Relay Module T2 24 V Power Supply

The T2 module is supposed to activate the bell in Hub3 with the bell button on contact S1. With a 220v power supply, this works great. However, the bell buttons are not suitable for high voltage, so the 24V DC power supply is safe. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work with 24 DC. Can someone give me a tip?

Hello, welcome to the forum.
Yes, unfortunately the T2 relay does not work at 24 volts on the relay control contacts (com, S1, S2). I recommend a simpler option, take the Aqara wireless button. Make an automation for starting the call.

Thanks for the feedback. I would like to keep the original buttons of the letterbox system. Is there another way to integrate these simple, non-high-voltage insulated pushbuttons into the aqara system?

To use your standard doorbell button (24 volts) for relay T2, you need to add an intermediate relay (additional) for 24 volts to the circuit that will be controlled by the doorbell button. Connect the dry contacts of the additional relay (24 volts) to COM, S1 of relay T2 (220 volts).
Only in this way will you comply with life safety and use the standard doorbell button.
