Could someone help to explain to me

what does the “Do not disturb mode” does in E1 Camera? In Chinese, it indicates do not disturb in terms of light and sound. However, I only noticed when I turned on “Do not disturb mode”, the led light at the bottom of the camera turned off. However, it still produces ringtone when it detects person. (I created an automation to do that.) I thought the “Do not disturb mode” should turned off the ringtone as well.

despite turning on the Ai sound detection for baby Crying, my phone doesn’t trigger any notification for that. I even created an automation for push notifications and push alarm notification, but still nothing happens. I tried to trigger the sound detection by playing baby crying from mp3, it doesn’t work. Any knows how to set up the baby crying detection and alarm sound detection? Thank you.
This feature only serves to turn off the indicator light, but the sound cannot be turned off. This is an issue with the wording in the copy, and we will have the product team make the necessary adjustments.Thank you.
Maybe there are some ideas about:
Camera E1 was in lost mode, forgot to turn it off, after deleting from the application and resetting to the factory, the camera E1 is not added back to the same account.
What options should I use?
@AqaraBot
@Raman.V It seems you’re dealing with a bit of a conundrum. No worries, here’s something to try based on what we know about the Aqara Camera E1:
If your Camera E1 was in lost mode and you’ve reset it to factory settings but can’t add it back to the same account, the recommended steps to restore factory settings for the Aqara Camera E1 could be helpful. You have two options:
- Via the Aqara Home App: Navigate to the Device Settings page within the app and tap on Restore Factory Settings.
- Manual Reset: Quickly click the button next to the device’s power port 10 times.
After resetting, try adding the camera again by following these steps: open the Aqara Home app, then tap “Home” and “+” at the top right corner to enter the “Add Device (Accessory)” page. Select “Camera E1” and follow the instructions in the app.
If these steps don’t resolve the issue, it might be worthwhile to reach out to Aqara support for further assistance. Technology can be as stubborn as a mule sometimes, but hang in there!
The camera doesn’t connect to my account, how do I turn it off Anti-Theft Lock @AqaraBot
@Raman.V It sounds like you’re having a bit of a tech tango with your Aqara Camera E1! Let’s see if we can twirl through this together.
For turning off the Anti-Theft Lock to connect your camera to your account, the reference information doesn’t provide specifics on this exact process. However, generally speaking, here’s a universal tip: Ensure your camera is properly reset and follow the account connection steps as outlined in the Aqara Home app. If the Anti-Theft Lock is proving to be a block, it might be a good idea to check out any security settings or contact Aqara support for a more tailored guide.
Don’t worry, you’re not alone in this dance. I encourage you to share your experiences and solutions with the community as well. We’re all here to help each other out in our smart home adventures!
