I have two E1 Cameras (UK based) which I purchased both at the same time, yet they are both running different versions of firmware. One recently updated and as per usual I’m an no longer able to connect to it, having power cycled it and even unplugged from the mains and left it for 20-30 minutes before powering back up and still no luck.
This happens quite a lot when I get a firmware update for the E1 Camera’s (also have two matter window/door contact sensors that I’ve never been able to upgrade the firmware from 1.0.0, and they never work always disconnecting or just going offline and so have to factory reset them just to get them to show up).
Why can’t Aqara get firmware updates to work correctly, do they do extensive testing of their firmware before release or do they just push the firmware updates to and hope they work.
If anyone has any ideas I would be very greatful for helping in resolving this issue.
