Hi. My window dimension is 1600x1400mm
I used this kind of Zebra share as below photo. I try to install E1 roller drive to control this Zebra shade, however it so hard maybe. Then it does not work at all.
So actual it hard to know that how we can select the E1 drive for which is zise of windown shade.
Does you guys know and face my trouble

I don’t know what your question is. Can you please formulate your question again? Maybe there is a solition we can figure out.

I mean, how much dimension of the windows size, that be able to use this type of E1 roller drive, Ex, my my windows 1600x1400. It is not able to use E1 drive
Your 1600×1400mm Zebra shade weighs approximately 0.56kg, which is still within the weight limit of the E1 —so size likely isn’t the issue here.
Just a heads-up: the E1 only works with bead chains that are 3-6mm in diameter. Could you try reinstalling it and double-checking if the beads are properly aligned with the gear?

Yes, actually i try to pull by hand, it quite hard, more than 0.56kg
