E1 thermostat battery low warning

Even I changed my batteries several times. The warning appears within very short time after replacement. And batteries are with high Mah batteries not low quality.

I have had a similar issue and the thermostat then holds at that level for at least 6 months.

I’m running Six thermostats and have the issue when using NiMH rechargeable batteries, when I move to alkaline battery this clears. I prefer the benefit of rechargeable so live with the warnings.

I had a similar experience, so I switched to rechargeable lithium-ion batteries (Hixon 3500mWh), which hold their charge better. I haven’t had any more problems since then, and I don’t receive any warnings or need to buy new batteries.

Are they fresh batteries? Sometimes when batteries are older they lose there charge very fast.

Even if they are newly purchased, you don’t know how long they have been in stock there. Sometimes there’s a date on the battery. You can check that.
