In all my rooms, the set temperature is 23.5°C, but although the actual room temperature is 23.1°C, the thermostat in the living room does not turn on. There is no issue in the other room; the problem is only in the living room. 2 thermostats are both integrated with external temp sensors.
I even connected the thermostat(not working one) to the temperature sensor of another room, but nothing changed. İt is still not activating
• The radiator works normally with the analog thermostat.
• The batteries are fine; they are Duracell.

Hi, try changing the batteries. I had this problem, the APP didn’t show it, and the batteries were bad.

I have already did it many times. Even i removed batteries 1 hours ago it still shows online. Please see photo.
Hi , did you also tried a new sensor ? Or tried this sensor with another thermostat?

Hello, E1 will be visible in the APP for some time (without batteries) until the system polls it again.
If you look at your screen, the set temperature E1 is met in the room (display of the remote sensor).
