Hi everyone, I’m reaching out for some guidance regarding my experience with the ECO-DIM.07 Matter dimmer. I recently set up Home Assistant on a Raspberry Pi 4 with a ZBDongle-E as my Thread border router. I’ve successfully commissioned several IKEA devices using my Android phone and QR codes, which has been a smooth process. However, I’m encountering some trouble with the ECO-DIM.07 dimmer. Despite being only 2 meters away from my Raspberry Pi, the device consistently fails to connect to the Thread network. The app informs me that the device can’t connect, and I’m at a loss for what to try next. I’ve considered returning it and trying another brand, but I wanted to see if anyone else has had similar issues or could offer some troubleshooting tips. Any advice or experiences would be greatly appreciated!
