Hi everyone! I wanted to share my experience with the Shelly Plus devices and their Eco Mode functionality. I’ve been using four Shelly Plus 1 and 1PM units on my network, and I noticed something peculiar—every time my router reboots, all my Shelly devices exit Eco Mode. It’s a bit frustrating because I have to manually reboot each relay to get them back into Eco Mode. I’ve tried different firmware versions, including the beta, but the issue persists.
I also have two Shelly Plus 1 units on a separate network with a TP-Link router, and they exhibit the same behavior. It’s been a consistent problem, and I’m curious if others are experiencing this or if there’s a known fix. Have you encountered similar issues, and if so, how did you resolve them? I’d love to hear your thoughts and solutions!
On a lighter note, I’ve been experimenting with some DIY projects to enhance my home automation setup. For instance, I recently set up a system where my outdoor lights adjust based on the time of day and motion detection. It’s been a fun challenge, and I’m excited to see how it improves my daily routine.
If anyone has tips for stabilizing Eco Mode or suggestions for improving my DIY projects, please share! Let’s keep the discussion going and help each other out. Happy automating! ![]()
