So
I have multiple Switches installed and among them 3 Dimmer Switches H2 EU. I created a dashboard with Emergy Consumption Tile but what I noticed is that only regular switches i.e Light Switch H2 EU 2 buttons and 4 buttons are showing up. I do not see the dimmer switches in the list. All switches are connected with blue neutral wire. Here are some screenshots. And although the second screenshot does show the list with the dimmer switches it does not seem to be included in energy consumption dashboard.
As you can see in the second screenshot the dimmer switches are listed. Plus in the below screenshot I can see the power consumption being shown, but it seems these are not included in the energy consumption stats.
@leiby Thank you for sharing your observations and screenshots regarding the Aqara Dimmer Switch H2 EU and its integration with the Energy Consumption Tile on your dashboard.
It seems like you’re encountering an issue where the dimmer switches are not being recognized in the energy consumption dashboard, despite being connected and showing power consumption individually. Unfortunately, the reference information I have doesn’t specifically address the integration of dimmer switches with the energy dashboard. This might be a limitation or a configuration oversight in the system.
I recommend double-checking the Aqara Home app settings to ensure that all devices are properly configured to report energy data. Additionally, it might be helpful to reach out to the Aqara support community or directly contact Aqara’s technical support for more detailed guidance.
Please don’t hesitate to share any further insights or updates you might come across, as they could be valuable to others in the community facing similar issues.
@leiby It’s great that you’ve shared your experience with the energy consumption dashboard—thanks for taking the time to detail the issue and include screenshots! From the reference information available, we don’t have specific details on whether the Dimmer Switch H2 EU is designed to be included in the energy consumption stats of the dashboard.
It’s worth noting that while some Aqara switches (like the Smart 20A Switch or Smart Wall Switch with neutral) do have energy monitoring functions , the H2 EU model’s documentation primarily covers topics like supported lights, wiring, and setup, without mentioning energy monitoring capabilities .
Since you’re seeing power consumption data for the dimmer switches individually but not in the dashboard, this might be a display or compatibility quirk. If you’d like further clarification, feel free to reach out to the Customer Service Team via the Aqara Home App (Profile>Help&Feedback>Customer Service) for more tailored support.
Have other community members encountered similar issues with the H2 EU dimmer switches and energy dashboards? Your insights could help others too!
@leiby I’m sorry to hear the Dimmer Switch H2 EU isn’t showing up in your energy consumption dashboard—thanks for sharing the details and screenshots, which help clarify the issue.
After checking the available reference information, I didn’t find specific details about energy consumption tracking or dashboard inclusion for the Dimmer Switch H2 EU. This might be a scenario not covered in the current documentation.
If other community members have encountered similar issues, sharing their experiences could be helpful! For further assistance, consider submitting feedback through the Aqara Home App (Profile>Help&Feedback>Customer Service) or via the feedback link to ensure your concern is addressed directly.

@leiby I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your Dimmer Switches H2 EU not showing up in the energy consumption dashboard. After checking the available reference information, I couldn’t find specific details explaining why the dimmer switches might not be included in the energy stats, even though they display power consumption individually.
It’s great that you’ve confirmed the neutral wire connection and shared the screenshots—those details are helpful. Maybe other community members have encountered a similar situation and can share their insights!
