However, I’ve noticed that one crucial piece of information is missing from the exported data: the room that each device belongs to. This is something I’ve meticulously organized in my Hubitat setup, and it would be fantastic to carry that over into my dashboard via Maker API.
Having the room information exported would greatly enhance the organization and usability of my dashboard. It would allow me to create more intuitive layouts and automate rules based on the physical location of devices within my home. I understand that this might be a relatively minor addition, but it would make a significant difference in how I manage and interact with my smart home setup.
