This year, I decided to take my holiday gatherings to the next level by fully integrating my smart home devices. From automated lighting to temperature control, the results have been nothing short of magical!
One of my favorite setups is using my smart lights to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. I programmed my Philips Hue bulbs to transition through holiday colors as guests arrive, setting the tone for the evening. Pairing this with my Amazon Echo for a curated playlist has made every gathering feel like a special event.
Another handy feature has been the ability to control my heating system remotely. With my thermostat app, I ensure the house is toasty warm before anyone arrives, without having to be there in person. It’s a small detail, but it makes hosting so much easier!
